Daily AI quotas reset at midnight UTC: 3 resume tailors, 3 cover letters, 3 interview question sets, 5 answer guides, 3 company briefs per day. Job Bank search is Pro-only. No credit card.
What does the Chrome extension do?
Click it on any job posting and the job lands on your board with details filled in. Works on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and most career pages. Checks for duplicates automatically. Keyboard shortcut: Alt+Shift+J.
How does the Match Score work?
It reads your resume, reads the job description, and tells you how well they line up on a 0-to-100 scale. You see every keyword that matches and every gap worth closing. Free gets 5 per day, Pro gets unlimited.
Does the AI make things up?
No. It only rearranges content you've given it. No invented employers, no fake dates, no padded skills. When it tailors a resume, you get a before/after diff so you can see and approve every change.
What's included in Interview Prep?
Each tracked job gets a workspace with three tabs. Questions: AI generates them by type and difficulty. Research: company briefs with salary, culture, and team info. Letters: cover letters, thank-yous, follow-ups, ready to export.
What email types does RoleReady support?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account settings. You keep Pro through the end of the billing period, then drop to free. Export your data first if you want.
Is my data secure?
AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit. Never sold. You can delete everything, including your account, at any time. Auth runs through Better Auth with session isolation.
What's the Knowledge Bank?
A structured version of your professional profile. Skills with proficiency levels, work history, education, certifications, all in searchable tables. It's what the AI draws from when tailoring resumes or generating match scores. Import from a file or edit manually.
What job boards does the extension support?
